[from Kris Norvic a descendant of the Anderson family comes the following information]

ANDERSON, Frances "Daughter"
Frances  Anderson and my grandfather, Frank Marion Anderson, were twins, born on the same day:  4 June 1863, born in Phoenex, Jackson Co., Oregon.  My records indicate that she also died in Phoenix.)

Melissa Arnota or Arnold
(Melissa's father's name was Gilbert Arnold.   The family name, from Holland, was Arnhaut.)
Infant

ANDERSON, Melissa Arnota (should be "Arnhaut")  or Arnold  "Mother"
I have conflicting birthdates for Melissa.   I think on her headstone, the date given for her birth is 1 Jan 1828.   However, her father, Gilbert Arnold, passed away in August of 1826, so it is impossible that she was born in 1828.   I think a more likely birthdate is 1 Jan. 1827, or possibly even 1 Jan. 1826.
