1867 and 1868 James Thornton diary

James Thornton (1827-1922) was an early Wagner Creek settler. He had a donation land claim next to the Beeson farm on what is now Rapp road. In fact, Thornton sold his property to Joseph Rapp and moved to Ashland shortly after this diary was written. For more information see www.wrightarchives.com  in the Jackson County database.
